It vibrates with energy which unconditional love produces and has been composed and presented with much care. I particulary feel drawn to the interchange of the six words initially used - they do really de-stress the mind when said quietly to oneself with the long "h" being emphasized, and I intend to practise repeating them daily from now on - they have power. Steve has much experience in the field of counsel, and he brings it to bear with much appeal here. thanks and may your heart project reach the needy and the waiting as I am sure it will....
